Lets refuse to grow up !

Growing old is mandatory but growing up is optional. We become adults because we have no other option. Things change and they change us as well. Childhood is a wonderful phase but by the time we realize this, it becomes a memory.
We the kids of 90s have enjoyed some childhood pleasures that have become history now. My most treasured memory is of the summer vacations at my grandparent’s place! Unlike today the “garmi ki chutti” was not meant for hobby classes and summer workshops but cycle ride through the town, hand full of mangoes, hide and seek, moholla cricket, roohafsa evenings and watching cartoons. Those were the days of Disney, The Arabian night, Ariel the mermaid.
But whatever maybe the era, “childhood days” is something that everyone cherishes. I give you a chance to relive some of those memories with me. Hope you enjoy it.
